How to fix this hair problem?

Food stuck in empty wisdom tooth socket?

I got my four wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and this morning I was trying to eat scrambled eggs and got a piece of egg stuck in one of my bottom sockets. How do I get it out? I tried rinsing with warm salt water and it didn't come out but I'm worried that I'll dislodge the blood clot if I rinse too vigorously. Can this cause an infection? How soon can I exercise after getting wisdom teeth removed?

I got my wisdom teeth out monday and it is now wednesday. My mouth is still pretty sore, but I am doing online gym and I HAVE to do this lab at the gym. It involves a warm up, cool down, and weights (leg press/curl, bench press, bent over row, abs, biceps, and tricep extension). I feel like if i took it slowly and didn't push myself too hard that I could do it, but I dont want to mess up my recovery, but I also dont want to mess up my grade. At worst the tattoo may be slightly faded from over scrubbing, but a touch-up after healed could rectify that. Perhaps give the tattoo artist a call and clarify directions of aftercare--also ask about getting a touch-up in a month based on how it looks. It's on my face, ears, nose, and neck. It's not limited to areas I shave, It doesn't cause pimples & looks like age spots or just rough skin, but the darkened areas are layers of dead hair and skin. I routinely exfoliate, scrub and shave. Each darkened place or rough patch has hundreds of short hairs, not attached to the root and layered in all directions. As each layer is scrubbed away, you can see the layers below, sometimes 3 or 4 layers have to be removed before you get to new healthy skin . It doesen't appear to be infected , but the hair is trapped in dead skin and a waxy build up. As I exfoliate vigorously, the layers come off to reveal new skin and new hair, again, still growing, under the skin, sometimes growing horizontally up to an inch long. I would suggest eating 1200 calories a day. And cut back on all the hard core exercising. The reason why you weigh 158 is probably from all the built up muscle in your body. So for exercising I would say walk an hour and a half, and then do pilates. It really works. I hope this helped (:

As mentioned, the name repetition is a problem. In a scene with only one person you probably don't even need to give the reader a name. Think about "point-of-view." Whose eyes are we seeing this through? There's no one but Bruce so we should be solidly in his head in all the descriptions and emotions. If you do that, this will be much more compelling because we'll not only see the scene but feel the emotion. As it is, there is no excitement in finding land because we don't experience that with the character. That doesn't mean you need to write it in first person, You can stay in POV in third person and do it very well. It will take a little practice but think of it as experiencing everything as the character does and you'll get it. You want us to feel like we're Bruce by the second sentence..

A creeky sound coming from my knee?

I've recently started to hear a creeky sound that is either coming from my knee or from my foot (not sure which). Most teenage girls feel fat or ugly. That part is normal, but you are most certainly either starting or are already going through some food problem (ex: anorexia/bulimia). But if you HAVE begun, you do not have it badly. You are still eating which is good. But you need to eat more. You are definitely skinny and fit :) So don't worry about that. I know, hearing it doesn't change anything. I know what you're going through, been there, done it. My advice is to seek help before this gets dangerous. I almost died when I was younger of malnutrition from not eating, and it is very scary. You don't wanna go down that road. Tell an adult you trust and they can get you help. It's scary, yes, but it's so worth it in the long run. You can be cautious of food (like dieting), but you should not be afraid of eating it. Food is a necessity and without it we cannot live, so don't EVER stop eating, or cut your food intake to a detrimental level.

It's tough to just give someone a new style without knowing their looks or personality. But maybe you can go a little more trendy. Start wearing striped, long sleeve button-up dress shirts with a nice pair of blue jeans. Polo shirts would also be a good casual addition to your wardrobe. For jeans, do either a boot-cut or straight-leg, and brands like Levi's and American Eagle. For shoes, I honestly don't think there's anything weird about a guy from any part of America wearing cowboy boots. If you wear them with a decent pair of blue jeans and have a decent body like yours, they are a hot, badass look. Now, if you don't live in Texas, I might not go all out and wear a cowboy hat and big belt buckle with it, but the boots by themselves are stylish and you should stick with them. Hope this helps!

I am starting to freak out about my head?

since i can remember i have had a really weird sensation about once every one or two months. i know it is nothing like a sezier or dizzyness. instead it is an actual physical occurence in my head. at the back and the bottom of my hea like near my neck. it happenes whenever i move suddenly and vigorously. it feels like i have torn apart a blood vessel as it becomes very hot very quickly and it seriously hurts. I have been told to use moisturizer (it's cetaphil) to make my skin less oily--it's making it worse. I will use it for a few days in a row and it's just gross. My skin is already super oily! A position player takes up a slot for 5 to 7 days a week, and you already have doubles in most of the positions covered. Traditionally, leagues have 2 SPs, 2 RPs, & 3Ps. A starter only pitches every fifth day, so having extra SPs gives you more players activated on average. Currently, your lineup in a traditional league would have 4 or 6 position players on the bench depending on whether it is 1 or 2 Utils. By starting your third RP in a P spot, you have 4 SPs in the lineup with 3 SPs on the bench. Those 3 SPs can be switched with the other 4 SPs to increase your usage, which will allow you a better chance for Ws and Ks. Also, it will allow you to average out your ERA and WHIP if there is a bad outing. Simply put, I think you would be weakening your team over the long run.

Six Flags Over Georgia Flash Pass?

We're planning a trip to Six Flags Over Georgia in about 3 weeks. I've read the site about the flash passes and the 3 levels and their prices. I'm wondering if someone can explain to me in a little more detail about how each one works... more detail that the site provides. From what I understood so far is the basic one allows you to check in and then go do something else during the wait time rather than standing in line (thus stand in line for another ride and then go back to the first one). Which to me, means you basically wait in line for one and ride 2 and then so on. For the next option it just says less wait time and the platinum option it says the least wait time and you can ride each one twice in a row. But, I'd like a little more detail mostly about how the second and third option work?? There's really a big price difference. Can you just run through the park in the beginning and flash everything you want to ride and then go back and ride them? Or do you just go up and show your pass and ride whatever you want whenever??? It might have something to do with improper cleaning of the tank, or the fish couldve been sick when you got them. when cleaning anquariums or aquarium equipment, i recommend using vinegar. it wooks rather well and it is natural, so if there is trace amounts left it wont harm your fish. i would go to walmart and get a cheap 1 gal tank and airstone if u dont have one. clean out your 20gal again with a vinegar solution. keep your fish in the 1 gal while doing this, then return the fish that are acting normal to the 20 gal. keep an eye on the fish in the 1gal for a couple of days. also check your water conditions. you can add a bit of aquarium salt to the 1 gal and that will probably help. you should use 1 tblsp for every 10 gal so only a couple of pinches. return them to the other tank when they start acting normal. good luck

Okay so lately when my boyfriend and I have been going out, annoying stuff has been happening. It sounds to me like you are pretty knowledgeable so just use your common sense- everything in moderation. You only gained it all back because you were denying yourself good food. I have gotten in great shape, lost 30 lbs., lowered blood pressure, great blood tests (lipids, etc) and I look forward to eating. I have absolutely no desire to over eat. It really is more about forming great diet and exercise habits. Running for 2 hours every day is clearly overdoing it- come on, you know that. No wonder your body wanted FOOD! I used it and cleared up the bumps, but after I washed my face with it my face was tight. I thought nothing of it because I thought that was how it was suppose to work. So later on, I missed a couple of days washing my face. The bumps reappeared, so I vigorously scrub my face with the acne wash, thus making my skin really really dry. Since then it's been the same. I've tried using Neutrogena soap cleaner, ZnP soap cleanser, Dr. Murad's acne complex and none of them have worked. Every time I wash my face with a cleanser my face gets really dry instantly. I follow up with a moisturizer, but when I apply it my face gets greasy, shiny, and oily. Now I have fine lines, some acne scars, and large pores. I don't have acne, but my skin looks horrible. Tadpole with air bubbles under his skin?

I recently put three small tadpoles in a 20 gal aquarium that I am keeping outside. They are just regular pond frogs/toads. They are growing well and eating vigorously, but then the smallest one starting spending a lot of time near the top of tank. Then I noticed he was upside down and has two air bubbles that I can visibly see under his skin. He can't swim to the bottom of the aquarium because he floats immediately back up to the top. He tries and tries to get to the bottom but the bubbles pull him back up. I'm am so puzzled! Does anyone know what causes this or how I can cure it? Do I even have to tell other evolutionists what a disgrace to our species these people are? We have absolutely AMAZING thinkers like Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein, Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, etc. and yet...there are so many people who have these primitive belief systems and completely dismiss the theories that our greatest thinkers work on for years and decades on end, researching and studying and testing and learning and proving and disproving and hypothesizing and learning more...and yet we have people who have barely scratched the surface of a science text book and claim their beliefs are either a) just as valid or b) the only right way....... I mean, I am just astonished that SO MANY people actually still believe this stuff. I'm sorry for the preaching, but man, oh man, it's just...something else. Hopefully people will start to come to their senses a little more, in time.

Myself personally, I would never consider a Kia alongside an...well, anything. Though Kia's quality has grown leaps and bounds over the last few years, they are still not on the same quality level as virtually every other manufacturer out there. Also, Honda/Acura hasn't been at the top for "over 30 years", more like about 15 years. Plus, being a true gearhead and being educated on the inner workings of vehicles as well as having driven many of them, I can honestly say that Consumer Reports is a very awful source for information. I've seen them rate a car better overall because it had more cupholders, even though the losing car was better in every way, shape and form. Fact is, the MDX is going to be more capable and will be MUCH nicer inside, especially after 5, 6 7 years and longer, when the Kia is falling apart and the Acura is not.

How do i stop this sweating!? :(?

Ok basically i'll tell you a bit about me. I'm almost 16 years old and I sweat so much. I wear an antiperspirant everyday, one with a really good reputation 'Sure women, crystal clear.' I can't wear anything with sleeves because otherwise they end up being soaked through which is really frustrating because i'm one of those people who loves summery clothes and most of my summery clothes have a slight sleeve. I don't smoke, i don't drink, I dress appropriately for the weather, I have a healthy diet and drink enough water. I'm currently on microgynon 30 (the pill) for PMT reasons if that makes any difference, but I haven't found 'excessive sweating' as a side effect anywhere else. PLEASE help me here, it's getting to a point that I can't buy t-shirts I really like because they have a slight hint of a sleeve! It is also causing me to think extremely vigorously about what I wear each day. I'm currently doing my GCSE's and it's making my stress levels sky high together with the sweating. Very recently, my hair has been falling out vigorously. When I put my fingers through my hair, at least 3-4 hairs come out, and that's every time I do it! Mine is in the shade in the morning and direct sun for the afternoon, it loves it, the soil is well drained and protected from the wind. as the "arms" of flowers die off, cut them off before they go to seed and the plant will keep flowering, when they go to seed they think their job is done. It will die off completely over the autumn months but don't dig it up, you don't need to water it, i just leave mine. once the plant has died back take the dead foliage off and it will come back bigger and better in the spring. You might need to support the main stems of the plant as they can be quite heavy and snap, that needs to be done as its growing in the spring. Good luck.

I eat even though i'm not hungry, why?

Did i pull/strain my hamstring?

well to begin with, i have extremely tight muscles. i have been vigorously training this week and i could feel them tightening up more and more as the week progressed. on thursday or friday, it felt like my left hamstring was a lot tighter than normal. i cannot reach my toes now because of the pain, which is only on my left side. it just feels like a very tight muscle. it is different than the stiffness on my right leg, it hurts higher up in the meaty part of the muscle and not lower down by the tendon (which is where i feel it on my right side). i have tried stretching it, massaging it, and putting heat on it. heat is the only thing that makes it feel better but its only temporarily. its definitely not painful enough to be a serious tear. i have pulled other muscles before but never my hamstring. so im just wondering if its a slight strain or just abnormally tight

I think Somalians are a big problem, its in our best interest to kill them off, especially if they're stealing oil and other important resources from us or our allies. I think at the very least we should be arming merchant ships, if not actively hunting them down and eliminating them. Extending Shingles on Roof?

I had to extend the shingles on the rear of my house yesterday. Water was going behind the gutter and soaking the fascia board (which i believe was leading to a moisture problem in my attic) I did so by following some advice and sliding some aluminum flashing under the last row of shingles extedning them out over the gutter. Im sitting here thinking about it and I think I may have extended them too far, (about 2" out). I ran a hose on the roof for quite some time and got a good flow of water going into the gutter, nothign splashing over. I just wanted to see if 2" was actually too far where it could cause problems, becuase I keep seeing 1/2" to 3/4" as being the normal distance. Not really looking forward to climbing back up there just to puch them in another inch. Thanks for any help.
