The security agencies admit that they provided the US information which finally led the CIA to Bin Laden. But the Pakistan authorities did not thoroughly look into that information. And the inquiry will obviously have to look carefully at why not i.e. why they didn't and how they missed the fact that Bin Laden was living where he was found.
