What should I wear on my first day at work ?

okay so my last job was at a bank ,and there we dressed very professional . So I just got at job at a dog boarding school as a receptionist , when I interviewed I saw everyone was dressed in cargo shorts and a t shirt . So what should I wear the first day?? I dressed professional for the interview ,now what ??? Thanks
