IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A DOG TO BE STROKE?

my dog poochie was crippled. i did not know what happened to her. she can't stand, run or even bark. she's still vigorously but she don't eat well. there's something in her throat, a hard lump. i'm worried, please help me! i really love my dogs.
