I have chronic pain. need relieve. please help?

Hello, I need some help for this. Last night I was fingering my bum rather vigorously and I felt something tear down there. Now whenever I sit down it hurts terribly. What can I do to fix this problem. I can't help but finger my butt so it's just making it worse. Please help.
