Did i pull/strain my hamstring?
well to begin with, i have extremely tight muscles. i have been vigorously training this week and i could feel them tightening up more and more as the week progressed. on thursday or friday, it felt like my left hamstring was a lot tighter than normal. i cannot reach my toes now because of the pain, which is only on my left side. it just feels like a very tight muscle. it is different than the stiffness on my right leg, it hurts higher up in the meaty part of the muscle and not lower down by the tendon (which is where i feel it on my right side). i have tried stretching it, massaging it, and putting heat on it. heat is the only thing that makes it feel better but its only temporarily. its definitely not painful enough to be a serious tear. i have pulled other muscles before but never my hamstring. so im just wondering if its a slight strain or just abnormally tight
