Can i bring my hamsters to the airplane ?

Im going to Asia (Vietnam) is summer ! And i want to bring my hamsters along too (2 of them) .Can i bring them as Carry-On ?? How much or free? and can i bring them as Cargo (what does the Cargo look like ? with luggage or separetly pets and luggage )...Or they will ship the hamsters for me untill i get to Vietnam !!
